(London) -- Britain's three-month-old future King Of England has plenty of godly parents to lean on. Prince George's parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton, named seven godparents to support their first born child through his christening at St. James' Palace Wednesday. Neither William's brother, Prince Harry, or Kate's sister Pippa Middleton, are among the chosen seven. But William's cousin Zara Phillips is, as are several of the couple's close friends.
Prince George was christened by Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby at the Palace's Chapel Royal. It's the same chapel where William's mother, the late Princess Diana, rested for five days before her funeral in 1997. Attendees at the christening included George's great grandmother, Queen Elizabeth the Second, grandfather, Prince Charles, uncle Prince Harry, Kate's parents Carole and Michael Middleton, along with her siblings Pippa and James.
