CHICAGO (AP) - Grain prices for March delivery mostly rose in early trading Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat rose 2à ¾ cents to $7.38à ½ a bushel; Corn rose 2à ¼ cents to $6.93 a bushel; Oats were flat at $3.89à ½ a bushel; while soybeans rose 13à ¼ cents to $14.86à ½ a bushel.
Beef and pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
February live cattle rose .70 cents to $125.30 a pound; March feeder cattle rose .95 cents to $140.50 a pound; April lean hogs slipped .07 cents to 82.20 cents a pound.
